Lindsay Lohan pleaded not guilty to grand theft charges in court today. She was taken into custody and is expected to post the $40,000 (USD) bail and be released immediately. Lindsay claims the necklace in question was loaned to her and not stolen. The Judge gave Lindsay a stern warning during the 10 minute hearing. "You're no different than anyone else, so please don't push your luck."
